Cerinte:
- you should have a minimum 1 year experience as Food& Beverage Supervisor
- effective communication, training and leadership skills
- you should be able to lead the team, maintain good service levels and to work well under pressure.able
- knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services

RESPONSABILITATI :
- investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service
- schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity.
- monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner.
- schedule staff hours and assign duties.
- establish standards for personnel performance and customer service.
