RESPONSABILITATI:
• Co-ordination and monitoring of the reporting activities of the team • Ensure accuracy of the reports ( for local and for Group purpose) prepared by the subordinates and the application of the local and Group standards and working instructions in force • Verify and ensure accuracy for Monthly balance sheet and P&L preparation – Group Reporting Package • Verify and ensure accuracy for the monthly deferred tax calculation and effective tax rate • Ensure preparation of annual financial statements (RAS and IFRS) in close collaboration with the external auditors • Prepare reconciliation tables between RAS- Group Report and IFRS figures • Prepare Management reports and analyses upon request • Responsible for taking decisions on the solving methods for critical situations arising on the current activity • Responsible for the maintenance and development of the acting accounting policies of the bank, related working instructions, designed in cooperation with the units concerned. • Ensure the knowledge, implementation and observance of the acting accounting policies and procedures of the bank, by the subordinates • Responsible for performance appraisals of the subordinates in accordance with the bank’s objectives and policy • Ensure a cooperation environment for the subordinates and efficient segregation of duties within the department • Ensure proper cooperation with internal and external Auditors during the periodical reviews • Contribute to the projects implementation and other accounting activities in accordance with the instructions given by the direct superior
