JOB SUMMARY: Sells and stimulates demand for Kristal Homes Properties.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delivers direct sales activities.
- Accompanies prospects to model homes. Discusses house details and terms and conditions of sales, as well as post-sales warranties and services.
- Presents the condominium and the surrounding neighborhood and environment.
- Assesses the client’s financial capacity to determine eligibility for financing home.
- Maintains direct contact with the clients, inspiring and encouraging them to close the deal.

Personal characteristics:
- Charismatic, self-confident and highly enthusiastic
- Results orientated, energetic and dynamic
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- High ethical standards
Key professional requirements:
- Relevant sales experience, preferable in the Real Estate field
- Baccalaureate essential, Degree desired, Marketing and Sales Degree preferential.
- Fluency in Romanian and English, Hungarian beneficial.
