Descrierea postului:

•Accountable for the completion of standard and non-standard tasks, within the scope of the function, specifically:
•3-5 DEAL or AREA SPECIFIC, (e.g.
- Ensuring timely processing, recording & posting of journal entries and ensuring resolution of non-standard interface issues
- Overseeing creation / definition and execution of mass allocation journals, and recurring journals
- Preparing legal (tax, VAT preparation) reports
- Review generation and maintenance of predefined standard and management reports including Con-solidation, Management and Statutory reporting
- Resolution of General Ledger enquiries
- Reconciliation and analysis of the accounts balances at the end of the month), etc.
•Selects the most appropriate procedures from a given set of solutions/procedures
•Able to recognize and act on non-standard situations, and adapt work to business goals
•Escalates issues and seeks advice when faced with complex issues/problems
•Communicating with client/ internal customers concerning the processed items
•Applies procedures to ensure accuracy of output and adopts continuous improvement approach
•Acts upon direction and/or approval with limited breadth of operating responsibility
•Cooperation on additional critical tasks under the direction of supervisor
•Carry out other duties as stipulated by supervisor

Cerinte:

•Minimum bachelors degree in accounting finance or related field (or secondary bookkeeping background with 1+ years work experiences);
•1+ year accounting experience or experience with accounting systems
•General Ledger experience
•Fluent or Strong Intermediate English is essential
•Advanced Excel and Word skills are essential
•Good written and verbal communication skills
•Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
•Responsibility and accuracy
•Ability to solve urgent matters within area of own jurisdiction and work under pressure
•Flexibility, especially in the closing periods
•Required to share knowledge and experience with others and assist less experienced staff
•Working knowledge of one functional accounting area
