Descrierea postului:

- Asigura suport pentru toate activitatile de payroll;
- Centralizeaza si verifica pontajele lunare;
- Verifica si inregistreaza cererile de concediu, certificate de CM etc;
- Elibereaza adeverinte le cererea salariatilor;
- Acorda suport in celelalte activitati de payroll.

Cerinte:

- Absolvent studii superioare (studiile economice si/sau juridice constituie un avantaj);
- Limba engleza - fluent;
- Cunostintele de limba Germana constituie un avantaj;
- Experienta profesionala de minim 1-2 ani in payroll intr-o organizatie cu minim 50 angajati;
- Experienta in consultanta reprezinta un avantaj;
- Cunostinte referitoare la declaratiile salariale;
- Buna cunoastere a codului fiscal - salarizare, codul muncii si legislatia de asigurari sociale;
- Cunostinte foarte bune de operare PC ( Microsoft Office, Excel - avansat);
- Capacitate de a lucra cu documente confidentiale;
- Atentie sporita la detalii;
- Cunoasterea si experienta in programe de specialitate (Payroll, SAP), constituie un avantaj major;
- Gandire deschisa, initiativa, capacitate de invatare, abilitati de comunicare, relationare construita pe incredere, etica profesionala.
