Together with our Client, a production company from the Romanian market, we are looking for National Sales Manager.

We expect you to meet the following requirements:
- University degree; MBA would be a plus
- Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 5 years experience on a similar position
- Sales experience in the constructions field
- Good people management skills
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Strong expertise in strategic planning and implementation
- Proven problem solving and leadership skills
 

RESPONSABILITATI:

The National Sales Manager will have the following responsibilities:

- Leads the sales force in the achievement of sales and yield objectives for the Company’s products.
- Responsible for managing and controlling the sales budget
- Develops and implements an effective strategic sales plan
- Develops and maintains a strong work relationship with key option leaders and contracts with other relevant agents
- Attends (international) congresses, symposia and workshops to represent the Company in a positive and professional manner
- Monitors, analyzes sales, market trends
- Guides the sales force to prospect, add value and maximize margins
