Responsabilitati:

- Manage the implementation of company's standards applied to network environments within European centers network infrastructure with local and global LAN / WAN teams.
- Design, coordinate and implement complex network scenarios as per the various client requirements.
- Participate on periodical review and audits of the network environments, help local LAN / WAN teams to resolve findings.
- Will be the Third level of escalation for any network related issues for European local LAN / WAN problems.
- Manage the implementation of the network policies & procedures to adhere to the security standard of the company.
- Help planning the Disaster Recovery plans for different projects.
- Active participation in the capacity planning for the network infrastructure, suggest the network improvements.
- Responsible for the effective utilization of the network resources to resolve the network issues.
- Generate required timely reports as per defined frequency
- Improve Customer Satisfaction Index consistently to achieve the Organization targets.
- Provide sufficient support in implementing Quality standards, including Information Security Standards as per Organization strategy and adhered to.
- Candidate will provide operational support to local network and voice infrastructure that consists in Avaya PBX, Media Gateways, CMS, Audix Voice Mail.

Cerinte:

- 2-3 years relevant experience in Networking and Security;
- Diploma/BE/B.Tech. in EC/IT/CS
- In depth knowledge and hands on in high end routers, switches, Firewalls and VPN devices.
- Expert knowledge of Ethernet / IP technology (Layer 2 - 4) minimally on the CCNA level (certificate not mandatory).

Detailed understanding of:
- L2 – MAC addresses, VLAN tagging, usage of ARP, Ethernet frame header...
- L3 – IP addresses, IP packet header;
- L4 – IP protocols parameters like TCP, UDP
- Expert understanding of network services like DNS, DHCP
- expert in Cisco IOS configuration
- expert in configuring ports, trunks, VLAN’s, Spanning tree, VTP on Cisco switches
- skilled to configure firewall (FW rules, routing, NAT)
- understanding of dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP)
- Change management, Configuration management, Incident management, Availability management
- Any network management tools
- CCNA(Recommended), CCNP(optional), CCIE(optional)
- Security architectures/technologies
- Windows Server systems
- Avaya Voice System
- ISO27001, ITI
- communicative
- able to individually solve problems (e.g. troubleshoot some performance issue)
- ability to deal with stress of competing priorities and diverging interests within the same immediate time frame
- high energy level and able to effectively work with various cross functional teams.
