Starting September 2012, NESsT Romania together with FRUIT OF CARE Nonprofit Ltd. are launching the first phase of FUIT OF CARE’s expansion to Romania. The role of this pilot is to test the response of the Romanian market to the FRUIT OF CARE products and business model. From September through December 2012, a selected portfolio of FRUIT OF CARE products will be available to Romanian customers.

For the pilot, we are seeking a Sales and Administrative Assistant (SAA) for our activities in Bucharest. The SAA will be responsible supporting the Manager of the pilot with all sales related activities, and also providing administrative support on a day-to-day basis.

 

This is a part-time position. The Sales and Administrative Assistant will be directly supervised by the Pilot Manager for FRUIT OF CARE in Romania.

 

The main responsibilities for the sales help are:

-          Help organize all sales activities such as: contact clients, participation in fairs, presentations of products, sampling events, etc.

-          Help with general administrative tasks, including filing, drafting letters and emails, arranging appointments, telephone/reception of clients, postal and courier arrangements, etc.

-          Help keep track of contacts by managing the CRM system

-          Keep track of orders and maintain contact to clients until delivery (inventory management)

-          Gather feedback from clients and help write the evaluation report of the pilot

-          Manage on a regular basis the social media tools used (Facebook and Pinterest)

What we are looking for:

-          Professional training/ higher education and a minimum of 2 years of sales experience

-          Relevant experience, particularly in the areas of bookkeeping and office administration, project management, travel and event coordination

-          Great interpersonal skills

-          Native Romanian speaker and advanced verbal and written English required

-          Strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies, including work experience with Microsoft Office (emphasis on Microsoft Excel), experience with other online tools, CRM systems, Google docs., inventory management.

-          Excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

-          Ability to be flexible, resourceful, proactive and innovative in small and virtual team

-          Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

 

Compensation: Salary will be negotiated based on experience and qualification prior to employment.

Location: Bucharest, Romania

Schedule:  flexible, with 20 working hours per week completed
