General 1.
If required, on a rotation basis assisting in food and drinks pick up
2. To ensure that the mise-en-place is sufficient
3. Using TISSL as per training and minimizing errors
4. To demonstrate pride in working for and a high level of commitment
5. To greet guests on arrival
6. To act according to the complaint handling standards and procedures
7. To acknowledge returning/ regular guests
8. To report for duty as per schedule, clean, tidy, wearing correct uniform
9. To guide and motivate the junior waiter to ensure an error free service
10. To attend departmental communication meetings, trainings sessions and to ensure to operate in line with the instructions received
11. To be responsible for a clean and tidy working area
12. To oversee the assigned junior waiters during service and offer assistance when necessary
13. To minimize operating costs by using all equipment and products in accordance with guidelines set and ensure all equipment are turned off at the end of each shift following closing procedures and check list
14. To report any maintenance defects and follow-up
15. Closing: Ensure that the dining area is clean, orderly and well maintained, side stations are well stocked, chairs, tables are well stacked, linen to sent to laundry
16. To comply with company mandatory requirements for fire, health and safety, licensing and employment and to ensure that members of the team are also aware of these requirements and are working in accordance with the requirements.

1. To attend meetings as required
2. To ensure and maintain good relations with clients and team members
3. To achieve strong effective selling and to maintain records of all trainings conducted

KEY COMPETENCIES English language at least medium level School diploma

Experience 1-2 years Customer Focus Team Work

Salary package also include: Monthy wage of 970 USD
