Quality Assurance Lead :: Alba Iulia , Brasov , BUCURESTI , Cluj , Sibiu

Adgile is currently looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to work closely on ensuring that Adgile provides high-quality, reliable user experiences for our flagship products. We work in a modified scrum process incorporating short-cycle sprints and regular progress checks. Your primary responsibility will be to include a defined and manageable QA process in each sprint as well as overseeing the larger regression and end-to-end testing. Our applications are high-availability applications processing millions of transactions and servicing thousands of users.

You will be responsible for:

• Creation and modification of test cases based on use case scenarios and input from the product management team

• Ensuring test coverage and test quality

• Providing feedback to the development and product management teams on better testing methodologies for both white and black box testing

• Executing, tracking and resolving issues during testing

• Estimating and managing QA efforts for each sprint

• Documenting the QA process

• Identify, isolate, document, and report problems with program function, software defects, and deviance from specifications using JIRA.

• Apply quality assurance standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality and/or release readiness

You are able to:

• Create automated tests using Selenium IDE and Selenium RC

• Create test cases using modern QA methodologies for extreme programming development cycles

• Familiarize yourself with code and code execution paths

• Understand and/or trace HTML, PHP, JAVA, AJAX to determine issues and report to the development team

• Interact with an international team of developers and stakeholders

• Work closely with the CEO and VP of Engineering to create testing plans and harnesses

You have:

• 3 – 5 years QA experience required

• 1 – 2 years managing a QA process and/or QA team

• 1 – 2 years experience with Selenium or WATIR

• 2 – 3 years HTML and/or JavaScript experience

• Excellent written and spoken English skills

• 1 – 2 years of programming experience a plus
