Bachelor's degree Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment - top recuritment experience is a must Excellent interviewing skills: significant recruitment experience with handling challenging recruitment issues in a diverse and dynamic environment. Interpersonal & Communication Skills: ability to relate well to people and work in cooperation with others to effectively coordinate activities in order to accomplish tasks. The candidate must also be able to communicate through written and oral presentations. English or Italian fluency is required. Demonstrate a results orientation for delivering appropriate products and services in an accurate, complete and timely manner. Creative/Conceptual Thinking: ability to assess and identify needs and develop creative strategies to implement in the recruitment plans.
