Our Client is an international company specialized in fish and seafood trading, with operations all over the world is establishing a company in Romania for the same activities. Responsibilities: - Importing, exporting, whole sales and distribution of fish (main activity), poultry and meat products to customers in Romania and Europe; - Customer relations including building up a customer base, maintaining it and solving the potential issues; - Ordering products, storage, sales, payment follow up etc; - Organizing customs clearance for goods, logistics, storage and other connected activities; - Reporting and communication regarding office/sales activity in daily basis; - General office management including licenses for import/export and other licenses connected to the activity; - Translation of documents (if necessary), basic accounting , invoicing. Skills: - Work to targets; - Strong knowledge of the market and products (especially fish items and seafood); - At least 2 years of experience B2B sales in food product, preferable fish and seafood; -Knowledge in import regulation for food products, customs duties, documentation etc; - Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English - compulsory because company's language is English; - Self-dependence in office management; - Good organizational skills and time management; - Ability to work in an international environment and comply with company's rules and reporting systems; - Good computer skills, MS Office; - Driving license B preferable; - Fluent knowledge of written and spoken German will be a plus - Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage. ; The candidate must send: Detailed CV (with recent and clear image photo) in English with focus on the products dealt with, responsibilities held in the organization, achievements, type of customers (whole sellers, supermarkets, HORECA etc) Letter of intent - why do you think you are the right person for the job and what drives you do your job properly?
