- You are fluent in Greek or Hebrew + English
- You have experience in a travel agency as an ticketing agent or in tourism domain
- You feel comfortable with PC and Microsoft office package
Your task is to provide client specific software support to travel agencies and airlines customers.
- You will handle incoming phone calls, web-submits and e-mails received.
- You will diagnose, troubleshoot and solve 1st level Help-Desk issues
- Outbound calls to customers and vendors will be necessary to provide them feedback and solutions on their specific problems.
- This function is a full time function (40h/week).
