Qualia is looking for an ambitious and motivated sales professional to join our team in the position of KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER.
As a Key Account Manager you will:
Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and client/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims;
Plan and manage personal business portfolio according to an agreed market development strategy;
Maintain and develop existing and new clients through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to achieve and exceed sales goals;
Respond to and follow up sales inquiries using appropriate methods;
Leading a number of projects and initiatives, focusing on increasing the efficiency and productivity of the sales team;
Manage, direct and self motivate both account management and new business.
The successful candidate will have:
Minimum 3 years demonstrated ability to develop long-term customer relationships with senior-level managers;
Determined capacity to penetrate large corporate accounts;
Enthusiastic, competitive, results-driven and solutions-orientated with a strong work ethic and integrity;
Strong team player and outstanding interpersonal skills;
Reliable and responsible person;
Superior organizational, presentation and negotiation skills;
Proficiency in English;
Sense of humor is highly appreciated.
