QUALIFICATION OF IT BUSINESS DEVELOPER:
UG:           B.Tech/BCA/B.E or Any Technical Specialization
PG:           MCA/PGDCA (Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application)/ ME/M.Tech /MBA or PGDM - Information Technology
PMP (Project Management Professional) Certified is preferred.
Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Visual Studio, HTML, DHTML, CSS, ASP and ASP.NET is required.


Technical Skills and IT-Hardware, Software, Programming and Systems Knowledge required:
·         C, C++, Java, .NET, Python, BEA WebLogic, WebSphere, J2EE,  JBoss, ADO, Perl, HTML, JSP, JavaScript, Web services, SOAP,  XML, ASP, JSP, PHP, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, UNIX, Linux, STL, XSLT, OWL, AJAX

• The responsibilities include web site requirement gathering, planning web development, site map and content out line document preparation, web designing, graphic designing, coding, content management, content writing, and web site maintenance.
  
• Continuous web research, learning web development trend, updating knowledge on various web development tools, constant requirement gathering, web designing, web development and maintenance.
  The job also involves designing of flash animations for our web development projects.
  Social media marketing and Search engine optimization (SEO)
  
• Figure out ways to market more over the internet and implement those new ideas
  
• Website & Content Management, e-newsletter creation and management and online strategy planning and consulting
  
• web site promotion services and internet marketing consulting
  
• Designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages.
  
• Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis
  

·         Understand the requirements of the customer and map it to the available products of the organization or to the expertise and skills within the organization
·         Build company profile and brand image in the market through sustained campaigns
·         Continuously monitor customer satisfaction and Strategize effectively to create new customers on a continuous basis
·         Developing extensions to the Microsoft Office Architecture includes coding and unit testing
·         Produce high quality deliverables and show consistently high productivity.
·         Report on daily basis to project lead.
