Process Engineer :: Cluj

As Consultant working in the role as a Process Engineer you will be responsible for developing and controlling the key documents (PFDs, P&ID's, line list, equipment list, stream data). You have to prepare the basis for the design documents and report findings, recommendations and solutions. In this role you will also have to prepare the project specifications, problem definition and development of solutions and gathering the information from client and vendors. You will also be in charge of specifying mechanical equipment (process separators, heat exchangers, pumps, etc.), instrumentation (control valves, safety valves, transmitters) and line sizes and verify the capacity of existing equipment, instrumentation and piping. You will have to perform the process calculations and simulations, producing flow charts to confirm you findings.

Requirements
*MSc or BSc in Mechanical Engineering; 
*At least 3 years of relevant experience (oil & gas or petrochemical industry); 
*Familiar with the relevant software tools PRO-II, HTFS, Hysys; 
*Preferably familiar with relevant design codes and regulations 
*Knowledge of relevant piping design codes and regulation;

*Good social- and communication skills; 
*Pragmatic and problem solving skills and creative thinking; 
*Flexible, willing to travel; 
*English fluently spoken and written.
