Monitoring business processes in accordance with established procedures, make recommendations for improvements; Develops and maintains a standard compliant with the law in order to ensure the quality system of the company; Ensures that all activities are covered by formal procedures; Reviews implementation of the recommendations from the periodic external and internal audit report; Performs internal controls of the daily activity (broker’s activity, policies, accounting, administrative) in order to prevent all potential risks; Reviews the business processes and practices by proactively engaging groups and individuals with technical and/or financial overseeing responsibilities, in order to identify opportunities for improving the processes efficiency and effectiveness; Performs feasibility analysis of the proposed solutions/alternatives/opportunities; Proposes company’s system improvements, in collaboration with the involved departments, in order to have correct recorded data and adequate requested reports, in line with internal procedures; Participates in the activities of planning and organization of the internal controller function; Participates to the evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of the internal controls, including the evaluation of the impact of the internal controls weaknesses;
Cerinte:
At least 3 years of relevant experience (business analysis, audit, controlling, quality systems); Knowledge and understanding of the principles and application of the business and operational risks, control processes and procedures; Good IT skills: MS- Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Fluency in English; Strong analysis and organizational skills; Good business awareness; Strong written and verbal communication skills University degree
