Descrierea postului: - Coordinating the monthly closing and reviewing the accounting reports; - Revision of monthly end adjustments (accruals, provisions for payables, receivables, inventories, fixed assets); - Inter-companies reconciliation statements; - On-time delivery of monthly and quarterly reporting packages according to the official reporting-time-schedule; - Preparation of internal business reports for the Management on a monthly basis; - Analyses of variance and evolution of performance and financial actual indicators compared to the budget / previous periods and forecast; - Preparation of specific reports and analysis required by local and corporate management; - Preparation of various reports for Board meetings; Review, validation and analysis of accounting information - Supervision of accounting transactions in order to ensure proper classification of transactions according to the profit/cost centers; - Cost centre analysis against budgets, forecasts; - Assisting in the preparation of budgets, reviews results against plan and recommends adjustments of the company‘s budget; - Preparation of detailed in-depth reports and yearly forecasts for the management; - Developing and proposing corrective measures in the case of negative actual/budget deviations; actual/actual deviations; - Participating in forecasting and cash flow management (on a weekly/ monthly basis); - Reviewing the cash position of the Group and plans the maintenance of adequate funds through cash and other financial forecasts; - Actively participating in and coordinating projects carried out by the Finance department.
Cerinte: - At least two years experience in controlling in a multinational company- preferably in a financial services company; - English- advanced; - MS Office- advanced (especially Excel); - Pro-active attitude, detailed oriented, comfortable with reports.
