Responsabilitati:

As member of the Car Fleet Management team, the analyst will be responsible for the following activities:
- Forecasts, controls and analyzes the expenses generated by the company’s car fleet versus the agreed budget;
- Maintains and fills in the database the relevant data;
- Generates monthly reports regarding the car fleet status (maintenance costs, spare part cost, carburant cost, etc.)
- Analyzes the mechanical operations’ costs versus the standard market prices;
- Collects, corrects and introduces into the database the employees’ car logbooks;
- Controls the carburant consume through the fuel cards reporting system and the internal fuel management application;
- Conducts market research regarding spare parts providers and makes recommendations.

Cerinte:

University Degree, preferably in IT/Technical/Statistics or related area;
Minimum 1 year of similar working experience;
Knowledge in Mechanics - represents a plus;
Advanced knowledge of Access, VBA and data bases applications;
Knowledge of Excel
Good communication and interaction skills;
Very good attention to details;
Ability to work with figures;
Pro-active and results-oriented;
Good English knowledge.
