CERINTE:

- Knowledge of civil, commercial and corporate law - experience min 3-4 years in commercial consultance;
- Good drafting and negotiation skills;
- Team worker, efficient, good communicator, flexible and adaptable;
- Good computer literacy - MS Office, Outlook;
- Fluency in written/spoken English and/or Italian is a must.

RESPONSABILITATI:

- Drawing up/ interpretation of a wide range of commercial contracts;
- Drawing up legal documents for the Trade Registry procedures (company set-up, amendments, mergers, spin-off procedures, etc.)
- Providing legal advice and law interpretation, regarding specific transactions/procedures;
- Advice and assist in all legal and administrative matters related to real estate transactions;
- Providing assistance and representation in commercial/fiscal/labour litigations.
