Descrierea postului:

• Provide day to day support to the team and the Team Manager to deliver a professional, high quality, cost effective service to the client, in accordance with agreed business and customer requirements.
• Provide support to the practices in Compensation and Benefits Team to maintain the registration to International Standards Organisation
• Take part and help facilitate in the constant reviewing of current practices to provide greater Compensation and Benefits Operations contribution and improvements for the client
• Participate in the development of opportunities to increase Compensation and Benefits contribution
• Ensure all client data is kept secure. Be responsible for own and the team's compliance against Accenture’s and its client’s policies and procedures regarding client data security, client data confidentiality and data protection (including treatment of both Personal and Sensitive Personal Data)

Cerinte:

• Bachelor degree level
• At least 6 months work experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Ideally experience in HR Operations
• Good client handling skills
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Excellent problem solving and analysis skills
• Self motivated, positive attitude and approach
