Key Account Manager - Romania
Salary: £20000 - £22000 per annum + OTE & Benefits
Our client is currently seeking results-driven Key Account Managers to be based in Romania to help deliver the ambitious sales growth plans for its Eastern Europe Region.
As part of the Eastern Europe Sales team, the successful candidate will manage and penetrate a portfolio of key accounts, with the main purpose of sales maximisation and the development of long-term relationships. This will involve development and delivery of business for specific accounts, growth of existing spend by key clients, direct client contact and gathering of market intelligence. Further duties will include active business development and recruiting of new clients, implementation support of direct marketing activities, continuous liaison with UK headquarters and local distributors, resolving of customer issues, actively contribute to service improvements, preparation of reports and further duties as required.
To be considered for this role, you must be fluent in Romanian to native standard, as well as possessing a good business level of English. You will be home-based in Romania, ideally in the Transylvanian area or around the Hungarian - Romanian border (areas such as Cluj, Timis, Satu Mare would be ideal).
You will have a minimum of 3 years or equivalent experience in selling to key account organisations or a very successful track record in key account management or other sales positions. You must be organised with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, with a results-driven outlook and self-motivation. You will have knowledge of the B2B electronics or industrial supply marketplace. Further language skills would be an advantage but are not essential.
