HR Manager for Global Business Center Requirements: • University degree • Fluency in English • Strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, ability to work effectively with diverse people, innovation • Very good verbal and written communication skills • 2 years of experience in HR or/and managerial position in multinational company • Knowledge of Romanian Labor Law would be a plus • Genuine interest in HR field.
Responsabilitati / Realizari Main responsibilities: Partner with Team/Business Unit Leaders to ensure all HR systems and practices are in place Assist in Resolving Employee Relations and Policy queries Drive organization effectiveness through coaching and ensuring right interventions/resources are available to the business unit Drive individual performance (Employee Work Plans; People Development tools/capabilities; Training needs assessment; Coaching capabilities; Rewards & Recognition) Communicate / Deploy / Customize corporate HR initiatives Organization sensing (In touch with people; Employee Survey; Exit interviews) Participate in creating a strong design of the organization.
