 
Descrierea postului: General: BO = Back Office (2nd line support) - The BO Core and Packet Network Engineer is working with Front Office (1st line support) for sustaining the Circuit Switched and Packet Switched core infrastructure for Ericsson’s clients (mobile operators world wide); - The position implies working with deployment and delivery telecom and data com services under managed services agreements with major mobile operators worldwide. Responsibilities/ Activities - Responsible for advanced handling of customer service requests within the area of Core and Packet with full responsibility for lead-time and quality - He/she takes responsibility that WLA objectives that are being meet according to defined fault priority level - Communicate with sub-contractors/partners/customers as well as with various internal units and stakeholders - Analyze, isolate and solve complex fault issues as well as contribute to corrective actions Cerinte: Technical - Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience - Advanced knowledge in any of: MSC (APT/APZ), HLR (APT/APZ), IOG, MGW, GGSN, SGSN, OSS RC, EriCA (Secure Mail). - Documented several years of experience from advanced service and/or maintenance within the requested competence areas Education - University degree in engineering Others - Fluent English (spoken and written); - If needed, prepared for working abroad (mainly European countries) 3-6 months per year. Nice to have requirements - Ericsson Core and Packet high knowledge. - Experience of working in a global multicultural environment.
