CERINTE:
University degree, preferable Economics. Possessing a Financial Auditor qualification (“auditor financiar”) is a plus 2 year of relevant experience, experience in insurance will be a plus MS Office proficiency Fluency in English (German would be a strong asset) Knowledge and understanding of the principles and application of the business and operational risks, control processes and procedures Knowledge of audit procedures, including planning, techniques, test and sampling methods involved in conducting audits Ability to efficiently assimilate knowledge and understanding of the audit procedures Strong written and verbal communication skills Capabilities to work independently, assume responsibilities Ability to systematically and logically analyze information Ability to set priorities and drive to bring projects to successful finish Good sense of initiative High sense of confidentiality Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as with third parties
RESPONSABILITATI:
Responsible of the Internal Audit reporting process, comprising observations, risks and recommendations Responsible with the activities of planning and organization of the internal audit function according to available internal and external regulations Proper documentation of the audit work and timely completion of the timesheets Defines the internal control system set up over processes and associated risks and the test to be performed Develops and updates audit programs and check lists Defines and performs the evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of the internal controls, including the evaluation of the impact of the internal controls weaknesses Assist individuals who perform operational and financial activities with risk assessments and action plans in their responsibility areas Ensures the compliance with the Company’s internal procedures Participates in the activities of assistance with the internal procedures and processes improvements Verifies on a continuous basis and ensures the compliance with the Company’s internal procedures, including applicable Group procedures Ensures smooth collaboration with external auditors
