Responsibilities: The main responsibilities include: developing and coordinating the qualitative research team, supervising the qualitative research projects, conducting some of the qualitative studies (including client service; research methodology design; moderation; analysis and reporting, managing the relationship with clients,managing the business aspect of the unit (profit and loss, salaries, expenses, investments, business planning and marketing planning responsibilities for the unit Required background and proven knowledge: 5+ years work experience out of which at least 3 years experience in qualitative market research, including: - Computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - English language – proficiency level (reading, writing, spoken). - Working Knowledge of marketing, marketing research, survey (qualitative research): proposals, questionnaire design, FGs/ IDIs/ Etnographic research moderation, data interpreting, report writing, presentation to client, project coordination, business development; presentations to conferences, articles written is a plus. - Project experience in fmcg/other sectors (fmcg a must): Exploratory research, Image studies, Product/ Concept Evaluation, Advertising Evaluation. EUR 100,000+ worth of qualitative research projects run annually with international companies as clients. Team coordination is a plus.
