Responsabilitati:

The Legal Adviser vacancy is opened in the Coface Austria Kreditversicherung AG Sucursala Romania.

He/she will be responsible for the management of claims received from Policy Holders;
Responsible for the relation with the Policy Holder for:
- communication of claim file resolution based on the policy terms;
- solving all issues related to the claims submitted;
Provides periodic reports to the Policy Holder about the status of its claims and the legal solutions;
Works together with the Collection Department in order to:
- obtain information about the stage of collection procedures;
- ensure support for the amicable and legal collection proceedings;
- visit debtors involved in the claims.
Responsible for the full management of his claims files (gathering data, propose solutions, claim reserves, reports, claim payment report, etc);
Provides his recommendations to the management about suitable solutions to recover bad debts related to the claims;
Provides statistics and forecasts to the Risk Committee about present and future level of loss ratio.

Cerinte:

Graduate in Law;
At least two year of experience as a legal adviser/jurist;
Experience in Commercial Field;
Experience in Collection- a plus;
Foreign languages - English;
Excellent PC skills = MS Office (Excel, Access – an advantage, browsing, e-mail);
Commercial knowledge, Commercial practice - an advantage;
Comfortable with reports, databases;
Excellent communication skills, stress resistant, good persuasion skills;
Ambitious, dynamic person, persistent, open-minded, analytical thinking, business vocabulary, continuous improving will;
Results oriented person;
Customer oriented;
Clean driving license.
