Insure optimum market exploitation in the fleet segment for Mercedes-Benz Vans
Development of strategies as well as generation and evaluation of new market potentials
Analysis of the relevant competition information for development of alternative sales and buy-back concepts
Support for the dealers in the sense of coaching, shared negotiation and Best-Practice, CRM measures, customer events etc.
Analysis and evaluation of the already existing key accounts
Dealer support, creating a fleet database, a reporting structure
Continuously controlling of the individual target achievement for the key accounts
Acquisition of potential key accounts matching with the dealers needs
Preparation, management and monitoring sales negotiation
National framework agreements according to the dealers needs and as support for the dealers
Cooperation with MBFS and non-captive leasing / finance and fleet management companies
Fleet marketing: fairs, events, customer visits for optimization of the customer relationship and presentation of Mercedes-Benz as a fleet provider
Steering of the direct customers of MBRO
Managing the tenders in which the company is involved – support for the dealers
Maintaining the connection with the International Fleet Department of Daimler AG
Administration of the international framework agreements

Qualification :
Degree in Engineering or Business Management of Sales & Marketing
PC Knowledge: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Foreign languages: English, German would be a plus

Experience requested :
Experience in related businesses : minimum 2 years
Experience in similar positions would be a plus
Experience in automotive sales would be a plus

Competence requested:
Capabil of independent work, but also in a team;
Communication skill
Result oriented
