CANDIDATUL IDEAL: We are currently seeking a well organized, presentable, efficient and motivated person to organize the office of the CEO.
Requirements: • University degree • Minimum 2 years experience (as an office manager or personal assistant to a very senior executive) • Alternatively, the candidate should demonstrate key organizational and inter-personal skills suitable for this position • PC literate • Native Romanian speaker but fluent in English • Good organizational and motivational skills
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: Responsibilities: The person will have the following key responsibilities: • Assist the CEO and Board Members with their daily agendas • Plan and schedule meetings • Efficiently organise the office • Assist the CEO and other Board Members on specific projects and management tasks
